BOARD OF HEALTH
The Minutes of the Meeting of March 14, 1990 at 7: 30 PM. The
meeting was held in the Town and County Building, Nantucket, MA
02554. All members of the Board were present. Chairman Sevrens
called the meeting to order at 7:29 PM.
Approval of the Minutes of Februarv 21. 1990 at 7:30 PM. Mr. Viera
moved approval of the minutes. Seconded by Mr. Grossman. So voted.
Reading of the Minutes was waived.
Subdivision Recommendation: Estate of Maude Dinsmore - off Eel
. Point Road. Mr. Viera read Mr. Ray's memo dated March 9, 1990
recommending that both lots are acceptable for a secondary
: dwelling. Mr. Ray said the second dwelling must adhere to local
requirements on Wetlands. Mr. Grossman moved to accept the Health
Inspector's recommendation to the Planning Board. Seconded by Mr.
Viera. So voted.
Nomination of Animal Inspectors. Ms. Coombs moved to nominate Mr.
Ray and Ms. C. Elizabeth Ranney for appointment as Animal
Inspectors. Seconded by Mr. Grossman. So voted.
There being no further business before the Board, the Board voted
I unanimously to adj ourn at 7: 34 PM to reopen as the Board of
I Selectmen.
