BOARD OF HEALTH/BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday, January 3, 1990 at 7:30
PM. The meeting was held in the Selectmens Hearing Room, Town and
. County Building, Nantucket, MA 02554. All members of the Board were
present. Chairman Nancy J. Sevrens called the meeting to order at
7:30 PM.
Ap~roval of the Minutes of December 13. 1989 at 7:30 PM: November
130. 1989 at 4:30 PM: and November 29. 1989 at 7:30 PM. Mr. Wayne
I Viera motioned to approve the minutes; seconded by Mr. Bernard
I Grossman. So voted. Reading of the min,tes was waived.

Public Hearing Regardinq Appeal to Health Department Correction
Order to Dr. Gene Kanqley Under 105 CMR 410.830 A (2). Health
Inspector Richard Ray asked that the hearing be terminated as court
action the previous day had rendered the hearing moot. Mr. Kevin
,Dale, attorney for Dr. Kangley confirmed this. Mr. Grossman moved
Ito discharge the hearing. Mr. McLaughlin seconded. So voted.
Public Hearinq to Consider Adoption of Proposed Specificaitons for
Sanitary Sewers on Nantucket. Superintendent of Public Works Jeff
Willett had not received enough information back from the
I engineers. Mr. Grossman moved to continue the hearing to January
31, 1990. Ms. Coombs seconded. So voted.

I There being no further business before the Board of Health/Board
of Public Works, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:34 PM.
