BOARD OF HEALTH/BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday November 8, 1989 at 7:30 PM. The meeting
was held in the Board of Selectmen's Hearing Room, Town and County Building,
Nantucket, MA 02554. All members of the Board were present. Chairman Sevrens
called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
Approval of the Minutes of October 25, 1989 at 7:30 PM. Mr. Viera moved approval
of the mintues; seconded by Ms. Coombs. So voted. Reading of the minutes
was waived.
Public Hearin to Consider the Ado tion of Pro osed S ecifications for Sanitar
ewers for Nantucket. Mr. Viera moved to continue this hearing until November
1?9, 1989 at 7:30 PM; seconded by Mr. Grossman. So voted.

Ikxecution of Chan e Order No. 2 for the Wastewter Treatment Facilit. Mr.
I iera read the memo from DPW Superintendent Willett recommending approval.
r. Viera moved to authorize the Chairman to sign eight copies of the amendment
hich would provide electrical service in the amount of $188,577. Seconded
y Mr. Grossman. So voted.
e uest for Execution of Contract Amendment: Animal Ins ector. Mr. Viera
ead the memo from Health Inspector Richard Ray recommending approval. Mr.
rossman moved approval of the contract amendment which would extend Ms. Ranney'~
fervices through May 4, 1990. Seconded by Ms. Coombs. So voted.
Ilrhere being no further business before the Board, the Board voted unanimously
fo adjourn at 7:34 PM to reo~n as the Board of Selectmen.
