OOARD OF HEAL'lH
The Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday, March 23, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. The Meetin
took place in the Selectmen's Hearing Room, Town and County Building, Nantucket,
!Ma. 02554. All members of the Board were present. Chairman Cabot opened the
meeting at 7:33 p.m.
Mr. Gardner moved approval of the Minutes of March 9, 1988 at 7:30 p.m.; seconde
by Mr. Clute. So voted.
Mr. Stephen Kotolac, Hatch Circle, requested specific health regulations: 60.00
minimum lot size for unsewered lots. Mr. Ray gave a favorable recommendation.
It was noted that the new lot was 4,000 ft. smaller (18 ft.). Mr. McLaughlin
moved approval; seconded by Mr. Clute. Mr. Ray advised the Board to be specific
and add a provision that one single dwelling be put into the deed. Mr. McLaughli
moved to modify his motion. Mr. Clute moved approval of Mr. Ray's recommendatio
seconded by Mr. McLaughlin and Chairman Cabot. Mrs. Sevrens and Mr. Gardner
stood opposed. So voted. Mr. Ray noted that by adding that only a single dwell
ing is permitted, it rules out duplexes.
There being no further business before the Board, Chairman Cabot adjourned the
Meeting at 8:46 p.m. to open as the Board of Selectmen.
