BOARD OF HEALTH
The Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday, March 16, 1988 at 7:30 PM. The Meeting
took place in the Selectmen's Hearing Room, Town and County Building, Nantucket.
MA 02554. All members of the Board were present. Chairman Cabot opened the
Meeting at 7:32 PM.
There came befbre the Board a request for a health regulation for 60.00 Minimum
Lot size for unsewered lots for Mr. Stephen Kotolac of Hatch Circle, Nantucket.
There was much discussion on the opinions of the Planning Board, the Health
Inspector, and the Land Bank. Mr. Gardner motioned to table for one week to
confer with Town Counsel; seconded by Mr. Clute. So voted.
There being no further business before the Board, Chairman Cabot adjourned the
Meeting at 7:48 PM to open as the Board of Selectmen.
