HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-11-05 " ~, ~.. BOARD OF HEALTH November 5. 1986 Meeting The meeting was called to order by Chairman Cabot at 7:31 p.m. All members were present excepting Mrs. Sevrens. Mr. Grossman moved approval of the minutes of the September 24 and October 29, 1986 meetings, seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted. Inspector of Health Richard Ray recommended that the Board approve a two lot sub- ~ivision on Eel Point Road to Nevius Trust, based on the favorable results of ~he preculation test and deep test hole performed by John J. Shugrue, Inc. Mr. Gardner moved approval of Mr. Ray's recommendation, seconded by Mr. Clute, so ,voted. 'Mr. Ray recommended that the Board approve a variance request to Bruce Killen. The variance would allow Mr. Killen to install a reinforced fiberglass 1,000 gal- lon septic tank on his property located at the third bend, Coatue. The reason for the request is due to the difficulty of transporting a concrete septic tank pver beach sand roads. Mr. Gardner moved to approve Mr. Ray's recommendation, seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted. There being no further business before the Board, Chairman Cabot moved to adjourn at7:34 p.m., seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted. IIIdj I:
