Minutes of September 3, 1986 meeting

IInspector of Health, Richard Ray, presented to the Board a Variance RemlAst
from the Madaket Requlations, submitted by Murphy/Foundyller: Massachusetts
Avenue. The Board was requested to recognize this as an emergency situation,
as the septic system has failed. THis request is to dig and place a new system.
Iso was requested a second variance to allow for replacement of new fill for
la second system in the same location, should the first system fail. Mr. Gross-
