BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of May 7, 1986 Meeting
The Meeting was called to order at 7:31 p.m. by Chairman Cabot. All members were
present. Mrs. Sevrens moved approval of the minutes of the April 30, 1986 meet-
ing; seconded by Mr. Clute; so voted.
Richard Ray, Inspector of Health, made the following recommendations regarding
the septic system design for a 2-Lot Subdivision proposed by Ann Nevius and
Samuel Chambliss, off Eel Point Road:
1. Lot 2 is acceptable for septic system design;
2. Lot 2 must be re-perced when a more definitive dwelling location is
selected.
Mr. Grossman moved to accept Mr. Ray's recommendations; seconded by Mr. Clute;
so voted.
Mr. John J. Shugrue presented to the Board corrections concerning the lots in-
volved in the Cedarcrest I subdivision septic system plan as presented in the
meeting of April 30, 1986. Mr. CLute made a motion to table a decision on this
recommendation from Mr. Ray and Mr. Shugrue can present the Board with accurate
lot numbers at the meeting of May 14, 1986; seconded by Mrs. Sevrens; so voted.
There being no further business before the Board, Mr. CLute moved to adjourn at
7:37 p.m.; seconded by Mr. Gardner; so voted.
