BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of March 26, 1986 Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 8:01 p.m. by Chairman Gardner: all members
were present. Mr. Cabot moved for approval of the February 26. 1986 meeting
Jpinutes: seconded by Mr. Clute: so voted.
Mr. Cabot moved to approve theprooosed subdivision sewer line for Mr. Gene
Mayes, with the following proviso, as recommended by Inspector of Health, Rich-
ard Ray:
"Before occupancy of the structures are permitted, said structures
must be connected either directly or indirectly to the newly installed
subsurface sewer line":
seconded by Mr. Clute: so voted.
~1r. Cabot moved to approve the recommendation of the Inspector of Health, Rich-
ard Ray, to have the. proposed Gas Station/Car Wash, for Mr. Lydie Rickard, con-
nected directly or indirectly to the existing sewer line: seconded by Mr. Clute
so voted.
There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Cabot moved to adjourn at
8:04 p.m.: seconded by Mr. Clute: so voted.
