Minutes of Meeting, December 11, 1985
iThe meeting was called to order by Mr. Gardner, at 9:30 p.m. All members were
lpresent.
'IAPproval of October 30 and December 4, 1985 meeting minutes was moved by Mr.
Clute; seconded by Mr. Cabot; so voted.
Review of Eel Point Livestock Farm Licensing: At its meeting of December 4, 1985',
the Board moved to table its decision on licensing of the Eel Point Livestock !
Farm, pending the opinion of Town Counsel on this matter. Mr. Cabot read a
letter from Mr. Vaughan, in which he advised the Board that a public hearing be
held concerning this matter. After a discussion of possible dates, Mr. Grossman:
moved that the hearing date be set for December 30, 1985 at 10:00 a.m.; secondedi
by Mr. Cabot; so voted.

no further business, Mr. Grossman moved to adjourn at 9:39 p.m.;
Mr. Clute; so voted.
