BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of October 30, 1985 Meeting
The Board of Health meeting commenced at 8:30 p.m. after a meeting as the
County Commissioners. All member,s were present. Selectman Skip Cabot moved
to accept the minutes of October 23, 1985, seconded by Bud Clute, so voted.
Review of 14 Lot Nobadeer Farm Road subdivision recommendation: A letter from
Richard Ray observing that all lots were acceptable for septic systems design
on the 14-10t subdivision located on Nobadeer Farm Road proposed by Arnold
Teasdale, with the followin g stipulations:
a. Due to the subdivisions proximity to the aquifer protection
zone, all septic systems must be of the leach trench confirmation
to minimize nitrate contamination of the water table.
b. All lots must be connected to Town sewer when it becomes available.
I Mr. Ray's recommendation was approved by a motion from Selectman Cabot,
,I seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted.

Being no further business before the Board, Mr. Cabot moved to adjourn at
8:33 p.m., seconded by Bud Clute, so voted.
