Ray added .'although not within the purpose or intent of the Regulations, these situations have occurred due to less than precise wording of Section One of the Regulation." "To rectify this situation, this office proposes the following rewording of Section One of the Regulations in the form of an Amendment: "1. No on-site septic system permit shall be approved by the Health Inspector I which is proposed to be located on a lot with an area of less than 40,000 square feet; nor, shall any person use an existing septic system which is located on a lot created after the effective date of these regulations and which has less than 40,000 square feet."
