Minutes of August 21, 1984 Meeting
The Board of Health's meeting ccmnenced at 7: 30 p.m. All members were in
attendance. The minutes of the August 14, 1985 meeting were accepted as typed
i i and reading of the same was waived on a rrotion from Skip Cabot, seconded by
[i Bud Clute, so voted.

III Reschedule Public Hearing on Violation of Disposal of Shellfish Shells: 104
II Main Street: Last week the Board of Health set v-Jednesday August 21, 1985 for
i['1 a public hearing to see whether the owners of 104 Hain Street were in violation
lof the Health Codes regulating the deposit of shellfish shells. Mssrs.
II Follansbee and Marden were unable to make it this week and requested an exten-
I sion until next Wednesday, August 28, 1985 when they can attend. Skip Cabot
rroved to reschedule the hearing for August 28, 1985, seconded by Nancy Sevrens,
I so voted.
! {.vi th no further business before the Board of Health, Skip Cabot rroved to
I adjourn at 7:31 p.m., seconded by Bud Clute, so voted.
