Woodbury lane Subdivision: North Liberty Street: The Board voted to refer this to the Planning Board as the original plans for injection wells were withdrawn. The new low technology system of water rerroval offers no adverse consequences to Public Health in this area as perched and runoff waters will no longer be injected deep into the areas soils, potentially adversely affecting the area ground. water - as written in a letter from Richard Ray, Health Inspector. Bud Clute was apposed. 2-lDt Subdivision of Lillian Omming: Cliff Road and Cormonwealth Avenue: Health Inspector Richard Ray recomnended the Board of Health approve the septic system design on lDt 53 without stipulations and accept existing septic system design located on lDt 52. Skip Ca.l::Dt made the rrotion to approve, seconded by Bud Clute, so voted. Richard Ray reported on the coliform levels at the beaches. Children's Beach is now opened but he felt it vvould be closed after the next rain. Mr. Ray reported that the Coast Guard had caught boats durrping in the sound. The Board suggested maximum punishment for durrping and asked Mr. Ray for BOH regulations for such durrping at the next meeting.
