BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of July 24, 1985 Meeting
The Board of Health's meeting ccmnenced at 7 :31 p.m. All members were present.
The Minutes of the July 17, 1985 meeting were accepted and typed and reading
of the same was waived on a rrotion from Skip Cabot, seconded by Bud Clute, so
voted.
WOodbury lane - Subdivision: At last week' s meeting the Board of Health
accepted the reconmendation of the Health Inspector to deny the proposed
drainage system presented by the engineers for the Wcx:x1bury lane Realty Trust.
Attorneys for the developer requested a rehearing by the Board of Health to
suhuit new evidence of the plan. Mr. Robert F. Daylor ,of BSC Engineering,
discussed the new drainage system. Mr. Ibnald Connors stated that rrosqui to
control WJuld be the obligation of the owners. Bud Clute made a rrotion to
table the vote until next weeks's meeting and the Board will meet on the site
at 1 o'clock Thursday, seconded by Skip Cabot, so voted.
Children's Beach: Mr. Ray, Health Inspector, stated that coliform counts are
still in questionable range and suggested that the beach remain closed.
Francis Street Beach: Mr. Ray, Health Inspector, suggested that the beach
I remain closed.

Bernie Grossman made a rrotion to post signs with the following by 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, seconded by Bud Clute, so voted.

No SWinming. Beach closed per order of Board of Health.
SWinming at Jetties Beach. "
Being no further business before the Board of Health, Bernie Grossman rroved to
adjourn at 8:39, seconded by Bud Clute, so voted.
