BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of April 17, 1985 Meeting
The Board of Health Meeting commenced after a briefing from the U.S.C.G.
updating the TONn on Great Point Lighthouse. Members present: Rogers W.
Cabot, Nancy J. Sevrens, Bernard D. Grossman. Meeting carmenced at
approximately 8:00 p.m.
Proposed 16 Lot subdivisio:o Off Old South Road: Kenneth Coffin Inc.
Letter fran Health Inspector noting that following an on-site
inspection and plot plan review, all lots are acceptable for septic system
design, and all lots must be reperced when rrore definitive dwelling
loca.tions are selected.
Mr. Ray explained that such approval by the Board was necessary for
Planning Board review.
Selectman Cabot rroved to approve the Health Inspector's recorrmendation,
seconded by Nancy Sevrens, so voted.
Proposed 9 lot Subdivision: Tuckernuck Island South of East Pond:
Edward Howard: Letter from Health Inspector Richard' Ray reccmnending
again, that following plot plan review all lots are acceptable for septic
system design, and all lots must be reperced when rrore definitive locations
are selected.
Mr. Ray added that fiberglass septic system are used in this situation.
Skip Cabot rroved to accept the recommendation of the Health Inspector,
seconded by Nancy Sevrens, so voted.

Being no further business before the Board of Health, Skip Cabot rroved
to adjourn at 8:10 p.m., seconded by Nancy Sevrens, so voted.
