BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of February 27, 1985 Meeting
The Board of Health commenced at 7:46 after a brief meeting as the
County Commissioners. Members present: Acting Chairman Charles "Jack"
Gardner, Selectmen Harry "Bud" Clute, Rogers "Skip" Cabot, Nancy
Sevrens and Executive Secretary Ethan Aronoff. Absent: Chairman Grossman.
The minutes of the February 6, 1985 meeting were accepted as typed,
and reading of the same waived on a motion from Selectmen Cabot, seconded
by Selectmen Clute, so voted.
Approve nomination of Richard L. Ray as Inspector of Animals to serve
from April 1985 to March 31, 1986. Selectmen moved approve, seconded by
Selectmen Clute, so voted.
Discussion followed as to whose authority it should be to report
mistreated animals that are inspected by Mr. Ray. Selectmen Cabot stated
Mr. Ray he was sure would notify the proper authorities.
