present. r-1inutes of February 29, 1984 meet ing were accepted as typed,
reading of the same \-1:,S waived on a motion fran Skip Cabot, seconded by

fblmes on beralf of Hr. KirJ:::y Jones requesting permission to operate
a vending trnck for the sale of dairy projects. "It is tre intention
of Mr. Jones to rervice the bEE.ch and public areas outside of town which
are not now served J:::y a : municipal licensee or concession", wrote Mr. !-Iolmes.
r.tr. Ray tre Health Inspector told the Board Uat srould they approve the

before carrmencing retail sales.
The Board questioned tre limits of this proposal. muld like to knCM
more explicity wl'Ere Mr. Jones \\Ould be operating. Mr. Grosanan suggested
that tl:e BJard set some guidelines J::efore approving any more requests.
