Mr. Ray said that Madaket Reulation #1 states that tre distance l:Etv.een \\ell and IOOCh facility must l:E 150 feet. Tre current distance is 46 feet, rut will l:E expanded to 102 feet. Alro Madaket Regulation #4 re::pires that no IOOCh facility 1:e located closer than 50 feet to a property line.
