Request to Tent on Property During Construction of Dwelling: SUsan Kiarsis,
12 South Pasture I.ane:A letter ra:::eived fran the Health Inspa:::tor Ray
on the al:XJve request, merein he notes the following conditions after a
site inspection of this property:
1. A dv.elling under construction.
2. An ancillary structure containing a canplete (rough plmrroing)
l:athroom and kitchen sink with functioning electrical outlets.
3. A properly installED. septic systEm.
4. Ibt and cold running vater to l:oth sink and l:athroom facilities
in the ancillary structure (12' x 12').
Mr. Ray stated in the letter, "as the Kirarsis's are actively involVED in the
construction of their dwelling (not in tabitable stage) and are using on-site
approvED. septic systEm and an approve:3. vater supply, I 'itDuld ra:::arrnend that
they l:e allowed to tent on said property until SeptEml:er 15, 1 ~3 rut under
no conditions longer tmn Septenl:er 15, 1983". Similar approval vas grantErl
the Hatfield's.
The Kiarsis's v.:ere present at the meeting. They said there were four people
in tffi family. r1r. Grossnan said he disapprove::'l of the metIDd of seekL.'1g
approval, after trey v.:ere caught in violation.
