Minutes of February 9, 1983 meeting

Meeting carmenced at 7: 45 p.m. after a brief meeting as County Ccmnissioners.
Minutes of the January 26, 1983 meeting were approved on notion fran Bernard
Grossman, seconded by Bud Clute, so voted.
Request for Hearing: JOM Bernard, 121 Orange Street: It was noted that
the Board was in receipt of a letter from Attorney Robert A. Scandurra
requesting a hearing on behalf of JOM Bernard fran the lEal th Inspector's
order of January 31, 1983 relative to the prEmises at 121 Orange Street.
The order required Mr. Bernard to "repair all facilities, plumbing facilities,
hot water, cold water, and electrical services within seven days of receipt
of notice." Mr. Scandurra had requested a hearing at 2: 00 p.m. on Thursday,
February 10, 1983. The meeting was posbed in the event the meeting takes
place.
Bud Clute moved that we hold the meetin g on Thursday, 2:00 p.m. with a
hand-deli vered letter to Mr. Bernard and other Permanent boarders of 121
Orange, seconded by Skip Cabot, so voted.
Mr. Ray did mentioned that the Iblice had notified him of the condition at
121 Orange Street because they had gone in to take sareone out of the building.
Bernard Grossman moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Skip Carot,
so voted. Meeting adjourned at 7: 55 p.m.
