Minutes of the January 5, 1983 meeting were approved as typed and reading of the same was waived on motion fran Mr. Gardner, seconded by Mr. Grossman, so voted. Request for Public Hearing: Charles J. Webb II, Warminster, PA. The Board was in receipt of a mailgram requesting a hearing under 310 CMR 15.24 on the Health Inspector's order of December 28, 1982 to Mr . Charles J. Webb II. The order notified Mr. Webb that he was "in violaticn of the Mass. State Sanitary Code 310 CMR 15.00 Minimum Requiranents for the SUbsurface Disposal of Sanitary Sewage; Subsection 15.02 General Requiranents; 1) Disposal Works Construction Permit, in that you have installed a new septic system on your property without benefit of a Disposal Vbrks Construction permit issued by the Nantucket Board of Health." Mr. Webb was further ordered "to remove the unlawful septic system wi thin thirty days of receipt of this notice. II Health Inspector Ray's letter infonnErl ML. Webb of his right of appeal to the Poard of Health. The Poard' shearing must carmence not later than 45 days after the day on which notice was served (December 21). Skip Cabot made the motion that Mr. Webb's hearing be scheduled for January 26, 1983. The motion was seconded by BeJtn.ard Grossman, so voted. Being that there was no more business of the Poard of Health, Bernard Grossman moved that the meeting adjourn, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted.
