Minutes of January 5, 1983 Meeting

Meeting corrrnenced at 7: 30 p.m. All rrernbers were present. Minutes of the
DecEmber 1, 1982 rreeting were approved as typed and reading of the same was
waived on motion fran Mr. Grossman. seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted.
Variance Request: Existing Dwelling on Norcross Road, Q.ri.dneti Derek and
Mary Till, owners: Recarmendation from Health Inspector Richard L. Ray
that Regulation 15.14 ( 8) Reserve Area and Regulation 15.03 (6) Required
Depth of Impervious Material be granted from the State Sanitary Code,
"Minimum Requirerren.ts for SUbsurface Disposal of sanitary Sewage" .
Mr. Ray was present to say that this was subject to Conservation Carrnission IS
direction upon approval of the Board.
They are trying not to destroy the dune in order to put in a new septic system.
This is the third plan that they have sul:mitted. Mr. Gardner noted that this
certainly is an improvement over what they have.
Mr. Clute motioned that the Board approve the recarmendations of Richard L. Ray.
This was seconded by Mr. Grossman, so voted.
