HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-10-20 BOARD OF HEALTH Minutes of Meeting of October 20, 1982 Approval of Septanber 28, 1982 meeting minutes were accepted as typed and reading of the same was waived by Mr. Grossman, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted. Subdivision Approval: Mr. Grossman read a report fran Health Inspector Richard L. Ray. 'llie following lots are acceptable for septic system design without modifications of soil conditions: Lots 91, 92, 93, 94, 98, 99, 100,101 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, Ill, 115, 116,117, 118, 119 and 120. Lots 95, 96, 97, 112, 113, and 114 are acceptable for septic system design following the removal of all clay and deleterious material and replacement with clean fill material for a distance of 10 feet fran the sides of the proposed leach facility. Recarmendation made by Mr. Grossman to move that Subdi vidion be approved. Seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted. Mr. Wright asked that each lot be perked at time building lots are selected. !bard accepted request . Variance Request fran 310 CMR 15.00, Minimal Requirements for the Subsurface Disposal of Sanitary Sewage: Alan Morrell, Codfish Park, Siasconset Health Inspector Ray recarmended that the following variances be granted for the instant undersized lot in Ccrlfish Park. Although ten feet is required" only one foot is available. Also the distance fran septic field to ! foundation requires ten feet, although only one foot is available. ' 'llie distance fran septic field to foundation requires tw:mty feet, but only fourteen feet is available. Mr .Grossman asked if this would prejudice other lots? Mr. Wright said there was nothing do do the lots were so small. 'lliey are served by town water and the existing system is there - minimal space available. Mr . Grossman then said that the town should take precautions in advance. 'llie leach facility has a 100 foot boundary and will not prejudice the lot next door. Motion made to accept proposal.
