Minutes of Meeting of September 28
1982
This meeting commenced at 7:50 PM after a brief session as County Commissioners.
All members were present.
Minutes of the meeting of September 1, 1982, were approved as typed and read-
ing of the same was waived on motion by Mr. Grossman, seconded by Mr. Gardner,
so voted.
SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: Theodore Cross, Owner: Nine Lots off Massasoit Road:
Report from Health Inspector Richard Ray read wherein he recommended approval
based on the following observations: all lots are acceptable for septic system I
design; each lot should be repierced when more definitive dwelling locations
are selected. Mr. Grossman motioned to accept the recommendations of the Health
Inspector, seconded by Mr. Cabot, so voted.
There being no further business before the BOard of Health, a motion to adjourn
at 7:54 PM was made by Mr. Gardner, seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted.
