Mr. Grossman motioned that the reccmnendations of the Health officer be accepted, seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted. IChairman Holdgate asked about the viewing platforms that have been erected off the Polpis Road. He suggested they might be potentially hazardous as well as a nuisance attraction. He is concerned as to public health and safety. Chainnan ; Holdgate motioned that these be referred to the Building Inspector for his I I investigation, up to his discretion as to the safety of these structures. Second$d I by Mr. Clute, so voted. i auwinet House Inn: Letter read fran Attorney Richard Glidden on behalf of his client, Robert :I3o\.om:m, requesting a hearing fran the Notice issued by the Health i Inspector, Richard Ray, ordering the Wauwinet House Inn's failed septic system b$ replaced within 21 days. The Health Inspector's order states "'lhis system has Ideteriorated to an open lagoon system which shall not be tolerated by this office ~s per regulation 15.02 (20) "Discharge to Surface Ground". . Ray told Board that because of the nature of the problem, he would like the hearing to be held as soon as possible. Mr. Grossman rrotioned that a hearing dat$ of August 11, 1982 at 7:30 PM. be set, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted.
