BOARD OF HEALTH
Monutes of Meeting of June 9, 1982
This Board of Health meeting commenced at 7:50 PM after a session as County
Commissioners. All members were present.
Minutes of the meeting of May 19, 1982 were accepted as typed and reading of the
Isame was waived on motion by Mr. Grossman, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted.
ISix lot subdivision of Old South Road: Bruce Poor, OWner. Letter from Health
Inspector Ruchard Ray read wherein the following recommendations were made: ,
~(l) All lots are acceptable for septic system design; (2) the existing system fot
t 14 must be relocated as its present location would place it directly under
he proposed subdivision's proposed access road. Mr. Gardner motioned to accept
~he recommendations of the Health Officer, seconded by Mr. Clute, so voted.

iHealth Officer Richard Ray then addressed the Board and asked that they send a
letter to the Regional Office for Children in Lakeville, and also to the Boston
ffice, requesting that a Public Hearing be held on Nantucket concerning their
roposed closing of Daycare homes. Mr. Gardner motioned that this requested
,letter be sent, seconded by Mr. Clute. Unanimously voted.

ere being no further business before the Board of Health, a motion to adjourn
t 7:55 PM was made by Mr. Gardner, seconded by Mr. Grossman, so voted.
