HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-02-10 BOARD OF HEALTH Minutes of the Meeting of February la, 1982 The regular meeting of the Board of Health was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Chairman Holdgate. All members were present. The Minutes of the Meeting of January 20, 1982 were accepted as typed. 1. Six-lot Subdivision, Bartlett Road. OWner; Ann Cawley Associates: Report received from Health Inspector Richard L. Rayon the above noted subject with the following recommendations: 1. All lots are acceptable for septic system design and offer no health hazards to the surrounding properties; 2. and, all lots should be reperced when more definitive dwelling locations are selected. Jack Gardner motioned to approve the recommendations of the Health Inspec-, tor. Seconded by Roger Young. So voted. I 2. port with Seventeen-lot Subdivision, Somerset Farm II, OWner; 3M Realty Trust: Re- received from Health Inspector Richard L. Rayon the above noted subject the following recommendations: 1. Due to uniform soil conditions and low perc rates, all lots are acceptable for septic system design; 2. and, lots should be reperced when more definitive dwelling locations are selected. Roger Young motioned to approve the recommendations of the Health Inspec- tor. Seconded by Don Oliver. So voted.
