A subsequest inspection revealed an unlicensed scallop shanty being used for the shucking of scallops belonging to Mr. Scott Jube of Sconset. Mr. Jube has been contacted concerning his responsibility to see that the shanty he rents or leases must be inspected by the Board of Health. As this is a first offense of our local Commercial Scalloping Regula- tions by Mr. Jube, I would recommend a license suspension of one week per first offense Regulations set forth by the Board of Selectmen. Respectfully, Richard L. Ray, Health Inspector" Jack Gardner made a motion to refer this matter to the Board of Selectmen. Seconded by Bernard Grossman. So voted.
