Minutes of the Meetinq of Julv 22, 1981
The regular meeting of the Board of Health was called to order at
9:46 PM by Chai:rrnan Kenneth W. Holdgate Jr. All members were present.
The Board voted to approve the subdivision of the Estate of rxmald Gifford
located on North Liberty Street, 2 lots.
The Board voted to approve the subdivision of Surfs ide Realty Trust located
on Weeweeder Avenue, 3 lots.
The Board voted to approve the sulxlivision of William Jemison located on
Rugged Road (off Fairgrounds Road), 4 lots.
The Board voted to approve the subdivision of Charlotte Appleton located
on Sanerset Road, 2 lots.
A request fran Topland properties concerning a variance on the minimum
requirements for the subsurface disposal of sewage for property located
on Warren's Landing Road was referred to Health Inspector Richard Ray.
There being no other business,the meeting was adjourned at 9:55 PM.
