BOARD OF HEALTH
MINUTES OF MEETING OF MAY 13, 1981
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Holdgate at 7:55 PM. Present were
Chairman Holdgate, Selectmen Oliver, Young, Gardner, and Grossman.
Minutes of the meeting of May 6 were approved as typed and the reading of same
were waived on a motion duly made and seconded.
LETTER OF REQUEST BY THE HEALTH OFFICER. Richard Ray would like to change his
office hours form 8:30- 4:30 to 8:00-10:00 and 3:00-4:00 on a daily basis.
Approved on a motion duly made and seconded.
LETTER FROM HEALTH OFFICER IN RE: SHELLFISH REGULATIONS. Letter was read and
referred to the Board of Selectmen's meeting as they have an item on the agenda
on a related subject.
REPORT FROM RICHARD RAY, COLLECTOR OF TRANSIENT VENDERS LICENSE. Letter was
read. Mr. Young asked Mr. Ray about debris in front of restaurants. Mr. Rav
said the may not get a license if there is a lot of debris outside. Mr. Cabra
asked Mr. Ray if he does follow-up inspections. Mr. Ray answered yes, about
every couple of weeks.
There being no further business a motion was made and duly seconded to adjourn
the meeting at 8:06 P.M.
