BOARD OF HEALTH
MINUTES OF MEETING OF MAY 6, 1981

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm by Chairman Holdgate, Present were
Chairman Holdgate, Selectmen Oliver, Gardner and Grossman. Absent was
Selectman Young.
Minutes of the Meeting of April 29 were accepted as typed and the reading of
same waived on a motion by Mr. Gardner, seconded by Mr. Oliver, so voted 4-0.
LETTER FROM HEALTH INSPECTOR IN RE: LETTER FROM MR. LEICHTER. Variance request
from the Madaket Regulations. Mr. Gardner made a motion to accept. Mr. Grossman
asked Mr. Ray if the variance was an improvement over existing conditions. Mr.
Ray answered yes. Motion seconded by Mr. Oliver, so voted 4-0.
There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Gardner,
seconded by Mr. Oliver, so voted to adjourn at 7:45 pm.
