BOARD OF HEALTH
Meeting of April 15 1981
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Holdoate at 7:32 p.m. Mr. Gardner,
I Mr. Grossman and Mr. Oliver were nresent. Mr. Youno was absent.
Mr. Gardner made a motion that the minutes of April 8, 1981, be approved as
typed and that the reading thereof bewaived. Mr. Grossman seconded, so
voted 3-0.
A letter was read from DEQE with regard to non-hazardous sludge. Mr. Gardner
made a motion that the letter be referred to Health Officer R. Ray, Mr.
Oliver seconded the motion, so voted 3-0.
Mr. Bernie Civitorese. from the floor, asked how to go about getting a
license. After discussion as to what kind of license he was after. the
Health officer stated that he would be glad to help Mr. Civitorese and that
he could stop bv tomorrow or Friday and he would be glad to help him.
Mr. Gardner made a motion to adjourn at 7~36 pm since there was no further
business before the Board, seconded by Mr. Grossman, so voted 3-0.
