This regular Board of Health Meeting commenced at 7:40 PM after a brief session !
as County Commissioners. All members were present. i,

of the same was waived on motion by ~1r. Young, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted ','1

PROPOSED SUBDIVISION: Owner Horace B. Rowley, proposed two lot subdivision off ill
Milk Street.Recommendations of Health Officer Richard Ray read wherein he advise:
that after on site inspection and plot plan review, it was noted that Lot One ;
was not per tested as it contains an existing dwelling. That Lot Two was perc il
tested and is accep, table for septic system design. Lot One status is inconseQuen1..,ial
except for well and 1e~ch placement on Lot Two. Mr. Youna motioned that recomme da-
tions of the Health Officer be accepted. seconded by Mr. Oliver, so voted 4-0. I
There being no further business before the Board of Health, a motion to adjourn
was made by Mr. Knott, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.
