All members were present. inutes of the meeting of November 5, 1980 were accepted as typed and reading of the same was waived on motion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0. PROPOSED SCALLOP SHELL REGULATIONS; Recommendations to re-affirm the previous optlon 0 t e s e flS regu atlons stipulating that no shellfish shells shall be deposited within one mile and a half of the Pacific National Bank except in reas designated by the Board of Health was made in a report by Health Inspector, ichard Ray. Mr. Ray further requested that an amendment be added to this regu1at.on o include the following: IIVi01ation of this regulation shall be punishable by a ine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00)~ Authority for said penalty shall come from Ma. General Laws, Chapter 111, Subsection 31B. Mr. Young motioned that this approval be granted, seconded by Mr. Gardn r, o voted 4-0. nnouncement of a ~1eeing on IIHazardous Wastell being sponsored by DEQE, to be held n November 17, 1980 at the former Lakevi11e Hospital, Lakevi11e, Ma. was read. r.
