Chainnan Holdnate was absent. Selectman Gardner presided as Acting Chainnan. Minutes of the Meeting of September 17, 1980, were accepted as typed and reading ,of the same was waived on motion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted 3-0.
