BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of Meeting of September 3,1980
This meeting of the Board of Health commenced at 7:30 PM. The members in
attendance were Chairman Ho1dgate Jr. J. Gardner, W Knott, D Oliver and
I R. Young.
Minutes of the Meeting of August 27,1980 were accepted as typed and the
reading of the same was waived on motion by Mr. Young,seconded by Mr. Knott
so voted 4-0.
A report submitted by Health Inspector Ray informed the Board of Health
that lilt has been decided by Mr. Kelley and myself that it would be to our
advantage as well as the Towns', to test selected locations (marina,intown,
beaches) through out the winter months so as to establish base line figures
to be used by both the Health Department and Seh11fish Department.
These figures hopefully, will prove to be of great value in establishing
other problem areas other than Childrens Beach"
Motion to approve program by Mr. Knott seconded by Mr. Gardner so voted 4-0.

Mr Oliver asked Mr. RAy, when complaints come in do you keep a record?
, Mr. Ray-No.
Mr. Oliver motioned to send letter to Health Inspector that a record to be
kept on all Comp1aints,seconded by Mr. Gardner so voted 4-0.
Motion by MR. Knott to adjourn Board of Health Meeting and Open as
Board of Selectmen, seconded by MR. ~liver so voted 4-0
