Minutes of the Board of Health Meeting of August 20, 1980, were accepted as typed and reading of the same was waived on motion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted 4-0. Richard Ray's letter infOrming the Board that his office will be closed on Thursday, August 28, 1980 as he would be attending a State sponsored seminar in Boston on Day Care Centers was read. Mr. Oliver commented that Mr. Ray should be requesting permission to go, not informing Board of his leaving, Mr. Young motioned that Mr. Ray request these permissions in the future, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.
