Health Inspector Richard Ray's report on possible Health Code violations at
the Marques property on Orange Street, as requested by the Board, was read.
Mr. Ray stated the following: "I investigated the property in question and have
found no violations of the Health Codes applicable to the storage of materials
to exist. Though there are a number of barrels filled with "collectibles" on the
premises, none contain organic material which would constitute a Health Code
violation. All barrels and miscellaneous wood collections are closely gathered
and stacked so as not to allow space for vermin to habitate or breed."
Mr. Young then motioned that this report be placed on file, seconded by Mr. Knot ,
so voted 4-0. .

Tests, based on standard of Coloform Bacteria per 100 ml of water, the results
are: S'conset Beach: 13; Surfside: 13; Madaket: 8; Dionis: 31; Jetties: 13;
