I IMinutes of the Board of Health Meeting of July 2, 1980 were accepted as typed and Ireading of the same was waived on motion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Gardner, :so voted 4-0. ! ITHREE LOT SUBDIVISION PATRICIA H. McGANNON: Letter report from Health Inspector 'Ric ard Ray read wherein he advises Board that concerning the proposed THREE LOT :SUBDIVISION off West Miacomet Road by Patricia McGannon, an on-site inspection an !plot plan review were made and the following observations were noted: (1) all perculation tests have been performed and the results are on file in his office; (2) all lots are acceptable for septic system design; (3) because of the large size of each lot, all lots should be re-pierced when more definitive dwelling locations are submitted. Mr. Young motioned that the recommendations of the Heal [Officer be accepted, seconded by Mr. Oliver, so voted 4-0. iFOUR LOT SUBDIVISION/BRUCE KILLEN: Letter report from Health Inspector Ray ;read wherein he advises Board that concerning the proposed FOUR LOT SUBDIVISION tat the corner of Cliff Road and Pilgrim Road by Bruce Killen, an on-site inspecti n land plot plan review were made and the following observations noted: (1) percula ition tests have been performed on subject lots and all information is on file lin this office; (2) Lots 1 and 2 have existing dwellings with functioning septic Isystems; (3) Lots 3 and 4 are acceptable for septic system design providing each Isystem installed does not encroach on existing systems in the abutting lots I(distances required between wells and leach facilities, property lines, etc. as iper Title Five of the State of Massachusetts.) Motion made by Mr. !There being no further business before the Board of Health a Motion to adjourn iwas made at 7:50 PM by Mr. Gardner, seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted 4-0. I Before the closing of the Board of Selectmen's Meeting later that evening, Attorn y Michael Driscoll brought to the attention of the Board that concerning the propos d SUBDIVISION/MCGANNON, that the road going down the West side of Miacomet Road was not legally taken. That the Statute requires Land Court Plans to be submitted- th y were not. There is a hiatus in the road. Not a complete road. Asked Board to make a note of this to Planning Board.
