BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of Meeting of July 2, 1980
<<:::> The Board of Health Meeting commenced at 7:30 PM. All members were present.
Mr. Young motioned that the Minutes of the Meeting of June 25, 1980, be accepted
as typed and reading of the same be waived, seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted 4-0.
SUBDIVISION/MILTON ZLOTIN/OFF POLPIS ROAD - 6 LOTS: Health Inspector Richard
Ray's report to Board read wherein he noted the following observations: (1) All
perculation data satisfies Title Five of State Sanitary Code and is on file with
his office. (2) Lots 1, 4, 5 and 6 are acceptable for septic system design.
Lots 2 and 3 are acceptable for septic system design with careful attention paid
to their placement so as not to infringe on abutting wells or leach facilities
or the Wetland area encompassing sections of both lots. That there is ample room
for this to be accomplished. In conclusion, Mr~ Ray states that it is his impres -
ion that all lots are acceptable for septic system design. Mr. Young motioned th t
the Health Inspector's recommendations be accepted, seconded by Mr. Knott, so
voted 4-0.
There being no further business before the Board of Health, a motion to adjourn a
7:33 was made by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted 4-0.
