BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of Meeting of April 23, 1980
The Board of Health Meeting commenced at 7:33 PM. All Members were present with
the exception of Selectman Gardner.
SUBDIVISION/RONALD DA SILVA: Proposed sixteen lot subdivison off Miacomet Avenue
presented to Board.
Health Inspector Richard Ray's Report read wherein he stated that all lots are
suitable for septic system design due to uniform sandy soil conditions and the
absence of ground water to an explored depth of ten to eleven feet. Further, Mr.
Ray stated that he would recommend that each lot be re-pierced when more definit ve
dwelling locations are submitted.
Mr. Young motioned that the recommendations of the Health Officer be accepted,
seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted 4-0.
