BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of Meeting of December 12, 1979

The regular Meeting of the Board of Health convened at 7:55 PM after a brief ses ior
as County Commissioners. All members were present.
Mr. Holdgate motioned that the Minutes of the Meeting of December 5, 1979, be
accepted as typed, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.
SUBDIVISION - OFF MILESTONE AND TOM NEVERS ROAD: Proposed 51 Lot subdivision as
submitted by Hayes Engineering Inc. of Melrose, Massachusetts was presented.
Mr. Holdgate motioned that the recommendations of the Health Officer be accepted
seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0. The recommendations are as follows: "All
lots are suitable for septic system design and offer no health hazards. I would
recommend that the deep hole and perc tests be repeated when more definitive
house locations are submitted due to the size of these lots."
There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Holdgate motioned to
adjourn at 7:57 PM, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.
