The Board of Health Meeting convened at 7:30 PM on Wednesday, October 24, 1979,
all members were present.
SUBDIVISION - MERLIN NELSON, POCOMO: Report of Health Officer-Richard Ray read.
regarding this proposed three lot subdivision. Mr. Ray recOllll8llded that the
Board of Health approve this subdivision as there are no inherent hea1th hasards
present. Mr. Ray also recommended that because of the size of the lots, a second
deep test hole and perculation test be performed near the proposed septic system
locations if dwellings are to be built or placed on these lots, the reason
being that the lots were so large that estimating the site of a proposed system
was impractical.
Mr. Holdgate motioned that the recommendations of the Health Officer be accepted
seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.
There being no further business before the Board, a motion to adjourn at 7:32 PM
was _de by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.
