Ray presented his Revision of Statement concerning Out Islands International's
subdivision on Low Beach Road. His letter stated the following:IIThe Department
of Environmental Quality Engineering viewed the proposed sub-division location
on Wednesday, August 15. With information gained from them concerning soil and
wetlands plant life, the following has been determined. (1) There are buildable
sections of land on each of the five lots; (2) all lots are extensiv~ly covered
by wetlands to the South and West; 93) this area of Low Beach Road has been and

He asked that before the Board hires a new administrator for the Community
Health Nursing Program, that the Nantucket Cottage Hospital's current study of
the feasibility of their taking over this program from the Town be concluded and
then the Board weigh the results. He said he feels thi would eliminate the need
for a new administrator, that the hospital has expertise in dealing with Federal
and State programs and that they are set-up for it, and it might save the Town
money. He suggested the Board wait thirty days before making any decisions and
notify the applicants of the delay. Mr. Young motioned to send the applicants
a letter informing them of Board's decision to defer interviews for thirty days
and to send letter to Board of Trustees of NCH stating Board requests Hospital t
explore situation and come back with a proposal. Seconded by Mr. Knott, so voted
