'Ihe Board of Health Meeting opened at 7:35 P.M. after a brief session as CClJNTY'
CCMMISSlOOERS. All manbers were present.
Mr. Holdgate motionerl to accept the Minutes of the Meeting of July 18, 1979, be
accepted and reading of the sane be waiverl, seconded by Mr. Knott. So voted 4-0.
VARIANCE/Ja3EREYES:Mr. Ho1dgate recarm:mderl that.t.he recamaldations of the
Health Officer be accepterl, that is, that this Variance fran Regulation 14.2 of
Title Five be granterl because the proposed elevation is the highest elevation
suitable for leach facility location due to the irregular contours of the lot,
taking into consideration the regulation which states that a well nnlSt be 100 f
fran the leach facility, and this is an upgrading of a presently fai1erl systan,
the refusal of this variance \\Olld leave this dwelling uninhabitable. Seconded
. by Mr. Gardner, so voterl 4....0.
'Ihere being no further business before the Board of Health, Mr. Knott motioned
to adjourn, seconderl by Mr. Young, so voterl 4-0 at 7: 37 P.M.
