BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of Meeting of July 18, 1979
The Board of Health Meeting opened at 7:30 P.M. All members were present.
Mr. Holdgate motioned to accept the Minutes of the Meeting of July 11, 1979, be
accepted and reading of the same be waived, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4- .
PROPOOED SUB-OIVISIrn, OIDCOIrnY, SANKATY AVENUE: letter fran Health Officer
Richard Ray read wherein he reccmnended approval of this sub-division with
certain stipulations to be followed, that is, "that all lots are acceptable to
septic systan design; because of the lot size, I would suggest that all deep
hole tests and all percu1ation tests be repeated at the time of the actual
septic systan placanent". Mr. Holdgate motioned that the Board accept the
recarmendations of the Health Officer, seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 4-0.

with certain stipulations to be followed, that is, " IDts were staked and
identifiable; IDts "A", "0", and "E" are approved for septic systan'design; IDts
"B" and "C" are approved for septic systan design possibly subjeCt. to Conserva-
tion Carmission, this is due to their proximity to Tan Nevers Pancl and the
surrounding marsh which infiltrates sections of IDt "c" I would also recamend
that all l.ots obtain new percu1ation data and deep hole tests at the time of
definitive septic systan placanent".
On a motion fran Mr. Holdgate to accept the recarmendations of the Health Offi
it was seconded by Mr. Knott and so voted 4-0.
