Minutes of Meeting of July 11, 1979
The Board of Selectmen, after a brief session as County Ccmnissioners, oonvened
as the Board of Health at 8:07 P.M. All members were present.
~T FOR VARIANCE, Dr. Ben Addiago, Madaket: On a notion by Mr. Holdgate,
seconded by Mr. Gardner, the Board voted 4-0 to accept the reccmnerrlations of
Health Officer Richard Ray at allow this Variance fran Regulation 6.11 of Title
V of the State Enviranental Code for Dr. Addiago' s property on Tucknernuck Isl
REOUEST FOR VARIANCE, Hamilton Heard, Jr.: On a notion by Mr. Holdgate, secc:n:1ed
by Mr. Gardner, the Board voted 4-0 to accept the reccmnerrlations of the
Health Officer, Richard Ray, to allow this Variance fran Regulation 6.11 of
Ti tie V of the State Envirormental Code for Mr. Heard's property on Tucknernuck
Island.
There being no further business, the Board voted 4-0 to adjourn at 8:09 P.MoI
on a notion by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Knott.
