BOARD OF HEALTH
Minutes of Meeting of May 30, 1979
The Board of Health Meeting opened at 7:50 p.m. after a brief session as
ounty Commissioners. All members were present.
. Ho1dgate made a motion that the Meeting Minutes of May 23, 1979 be accepted
s typed and reading of the same be waived. Seconded by Mr. Knott. So voted 4-0.

sked authorization approval for the Department's Statement of purpose, Governing
ody and Primary Function (copy attached to Minutes). On a motion from Mr. Bo1dga e
to approve, seconded by Mr. Knott, it was so voted 4-0.
s. Wagner also presented to the Board a Total SUJIIII&ry of Evaluation of this
gency dated May 9, 1979 for authorized signature of approval. Mr. Ho1dgate
motioned to approve the report (copy of summary attached to these Minutes).
Seconded by Mr. Gardner. So voted 4-0. Mrs. Wagner then asked for a letter from
the Board approving of the summary, and asked for a total evaluation of her
services to the Town for the past three years to be completed before her accepted
resignation date of August 31, 1979. Chairman Buckingham asked Mr. Ho1dgate to
look after this and then congratulated Mrs. Wagner on a job well done.
Se11i of Fish: William J. sonda1e's letter attached to these Minutes. Motion
as made by Mr. Young to deny request based upon Richard Ray's explanation of
State Law requirements to sell fish and shellfish. MOtion seconded by Mr. Gardne
