BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING, Minutes of May 23, 1979

The Meeting of the Board of Health was opened at 7:32 p.m. All members were
present with the exception of George Buckingham, Chairman. Roger Young presided
as Acting Chairman.
Subdivision: Proposed nine lot sub-division of Robert and Kathleen MCGrady.
Letter from Health Officer, Richard Ray, read. Mr. Holdgate motioned that the
Health Officer recommendations be accepted. Seconded by Mr. Knott. So voted 3-0.
Variance: A Request for Variance of Certain Regulations of Title Five was
submitted on behalf of Mrs~ Rosanne B. Harvey. Letter read from Shugrue and Hart
explaining problem with failed leach pit for existing dwelling. Letter of
recommendations from Health Inspector Richard Ray read. Mr. Holdgate motioned
to accept the recommendations for a Variance as made by the Health Inspector,
seconded by Mr. Gardner, so voted 3-0.
There being no further business before the Board of Health, a motion to adjourn
at 7:35 p.m. was made by Mr. Knott, seconded by Mr.Gardner, so voted 3-0.
